Integrating Video Platforms & Automated Links
Bypass the stress of manually generating and email links for consultations. Mansaty hosts automated scheduling configurations within the **App Integration Center**.
Activating Live Meeting Integrations:
- Connecting Zoom:
Go to the **Integration Center** and click connect under Zoom. Authorize the application via the secure Zoom OAuth Service. Once authorized, tokens are stored encrypted in our database.
- Connecting Google Meet:
To enable Google Meet, connect your Google Calendar account via Google OAuth. Google Meet links are generated automatically once Google Calendar is active.
- Automated Workflow:
- The client selects an open slot and pays via the checkout page.
- The system instantly creates a unique video call room link via Zoom or Google Meet.
- The link is sent in the client receipt and simultaneously blocked in your personal Google Calendar.
