How to Withdraw Your Earnings from Mansaty

Withdrawal Requests & Bank Settlements

Mansaty operates multi-currency wallets linked to your account. Earnings are allocated into the wallet matching the currency used in the buyer transaction.

Steps to Submit a Withdrawal Request:

1. Configure Payout Methods:

   Go to your Bank Settings first. You must register beneficiary names, bank names, account numbers, and IBAN codes for each currency wallet. Requests cannot be initialized without configured payout details.

2. Verify the Minimum Threshold:

   Each currency has a minimum withdrawal limit (e.g., $10). Your wallet balance must exceed this threshold to request a payout.

3. Submit Request & Hold Funds:

   Upon submitting, the requested amount is immediately deducted from your active balance and held as a pending transaction to prevent double spending.

4. Admin Approval & Payout:

   Admins receive notification of your request. Transfers are dispatched within the standard banking cycle.

Rules:

• Only one pending request per currency is allowed at any time. Wait for the active request to settle before submitting a new one.
