Mansaty Platform

Welcome to Mansaty (“Mansaty”, “Platform”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

By accessing or using the Platform, creating an account, publishing content, purchasing digital products, booking sessions, or enabling any third-party integrations, you expressly agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all related policies referenced herein.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform.

1. Definitions

• Platform: The Mansaty website (mansaty.io), its subdomains, and all related services.
• User: Any individual accessing or using the Platform.
• Creator: A User who sells digital products or provides paid services or consultations through the Platform.
• Customer: A User who purchases a product or books a session from a Creator.
• Content: Any files, text, images, audio, video, courses, session materials, or digital assets uploaded or published on the Platform.
• Order: Any completed purchase, booking, or paid transaction processed through the Platform.

2. Nature of the Service

Mansaty is a technology platform that facilitates transactions between independent Creators and Customers.

The Platform provides:

• Creator storefront subdomains
• Digital product sales tools
• Session booking tools
• Payment processing integrations
• Third-party integrations (e.g., Zoom, calendar services)

⚠️ Mansaty is not a party to the agreement between Creators and Customers and does not guarantee the quality, legality, safety, or delivery of services or digital products.

All transactions are entered into directly between Creator and Customer.

3. Accounts & Security

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining accurate account information
• Safeguarding your login credentials
• All activity conducted under your account

Mansaty reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account suspected of fraudulent, unlawful, or abusive activity without prior notice.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not use the Platform to:

• Publish or sell unlawful or prohibited content
• Infringe intellectual property rights
• Offer services requiring licenses you do not possess
• Engage in fraud, money laundering, or payment circumvention
• Attempt to disrupt or compromise the Platform’s systems

We reserve the right to remove content or restrict accounts at our sole discretion.

5. Content & Intellectual Property

Creators retain full ownership of their Content.

By uploading Content, Creators grant Mansaty a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, display, and distribute such Content solely for the purpose of operating the Platform.

Creators are solely responsible for ensuring they have all legal rights necessary to publish and sell their Content.

Mansaty does not pre-screen all Content but reserves the right to remove any Content upon notice of violation.

6. Fees & Commissions

Mansaty charges a commission on each successful Order, as displayed in the Platform pricing or dashboard.

Additional processing fees may apply depending on the payment provider used.

All platform fees and commissions are non-refundable unless required by law.

We reserve the right to modify commission rates upon prior notice.

7. Payments & Refunds

Payments are processed via third-party payment providers.

Mansaty does not store full credit card details.

Refund policies may depend on the Creator’s own policy unless the Platform enforces mandatory dispute rules.

In the event of a dispute, fraud investigation, or chargeback, Mansaty reserves the right to:

• Temporarily withhold payouts
• Request supporting documentation
• Reverse transactions
• Suspend related accounts

Mansaty may delay payouts during ongoing investigations.

8. Third-Party Integrations

The use of third-party integrations is subject to the terms and policies of the respective providers.

Mansaty is not responsible for service interruptions, outages, or API changes of third-party providers.

Zoom Integration Addendum

By connecting Zoom through the Platform, you agree that:

• You are responsible for complying with Zoom’s terms of service
• Mansaty is not liable for Zoom outages or API modifications
• OAuth tokens may be securely stored to enable integration functionality
• You may disconnect Zoom integration at any time

9. Payouts

Creator earnings are calculated as:

Total Order Amount – Platform Commission – Applicable Processing Fees

Payout schedules may vary depending on region and payment method.

Mansaty reserves the right to withhold payouts in cases of:

• Disputes
• Fraud investigations
• Chargebacks
• Violations of these Terms

10. Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mansaty shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits or revenue
• Business interruption
• Third-party payment failures
• Creator performance issues

The maximum aggregate liability of Mansaty shall not exceed the total commission fees paid to Mansaty during the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to liability.

11. Account Suspension & Termination

Mansaty may suspend or terminate accounts for:

• Violations of these Terms
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity
• Legal compliance requirements
• Reputational or security risks

Upon termination, access to the Platform may be revoked immediately.

12. Modifications to the Terms

We may update these Terms at any time.

Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Egyptian courts.
